Message: Very helpful staff. They were remodeling so the place was a mess. A very kind woman took me under her wing and helped me search for a Shop-Vac filter that only cost around $6. There are times in the past where I've called ahead asking about a specific part or piece of hardware I'm looking for and the person at the front desk already had it waiting for me without me even asking. Try finding that at one of the big box stores.

Message: I really like this place! Stopped by Sunday morning to pick up a product that was shown to be in stock online. A salesman could not find it on the sales floor so we went to the warehouse and he dug through a huge shipment that had just come in. We found it. Great service!
