Message: I go to BMC alot to get baseboard and every time I go there the employees in the office area are friendly and polite as well as the employees out in the yard. They always have what I need and the wait time is very low and when time is of the essence low wait time means more time on the job and everyone knows that time is money. I recommend going in and checking them out.

Message: I had a door kicked in by an angry renter. I went to every door place in Boise and the soonest I could get a door was 2 to 4 weeks. I went to BMC west and Johnny and the crew rehung my door on a new am in less than 2 hours. They did every thing they could to make sure my house was secure. They truly saved the day.

Message: Matt Downey from BMC sent out someone (do not have the name of the man he sent ) to install door sweeps on two of our doors. The front door had some air leakage, and was hard to open and close. He adjusted the front door and now it opens and closes smoothly, this was a bonus for us. He did a great job, and we appreciate his work!

Message: I wish I could give a negative but I can’t. We have lived in our house for 7 months and we’re missing screens. I’ve talked to Kirk the manager numerous times and he hasn’t been helpful. We call and get status and no one will call us back. Today on 3/14/19 my wife called to get status on the screens we were still missing, she spoke with mike he was going to check on them and call her back and no one did. The neighbor had seen Justin the salesman from BMC leaving our house. when my wife got home one screen was laying in the yard and the other two were in our driveway. Come to find out they weren’t our screens they were the neighbors the one that had saw Justin leaving our house. I did receive a call from the manager Kirk and he did apologize that we weren’t taken care of. He did follow up with us and made sure we did receive our screens and that they did fit which was greatly appreciated. I did get a follow up from Justin the salesman as well.

Message: I special ordered 5 interior doors for a remodel. They were done on time and actually delivered early. I found I had miss-ordered 3 of them. I was prepared to eat the cost. The management could not have been more helpful. They reordered the doors for me and did not make me feel stupid! I am a customer for life.

Message: BMC seems to have the products my house was actually built with (siding, trim, molding, doors, etc. ) unlike the big box home improvement stores. I've purchased items in small quantities multiple times, sometimes cut to length, without issue and at great prices. I even brought in my front door in and they cut an opening in it and installed the glass panel for me.
